Andrew Dziemienczuk has over 30 years construction experience ranging from Small Residential to Large Commercial projects.

He attended Białystok Politechnic University before immigrating to America as a young man. His career began as a Carpenter working in Ultra Luxury Condos in South Beach and Beach Resorts including The Breakers in West Palm Beach. He has supervised construction work at Jackson Health Hospitals, the offices of FPL, and numerous schools in Miami Dade and Broward counties. He is an expert rough and finish carpenter which includes design, layout, and installation of  framing, trimming, and drywall systems. His experience includes all aspects of operations including the organization of labor crews, planning and organizing on-site project, quality control and completion of project. His Keen eye for details make him a most important part of our organization.

In his free time he enjoys working on building designs, boating, fishing, and motor racing.

Robert Wisniewski was raised in a Family of builders and contractors starting from helping his father with small tasks to working the various trades and management.

As a Project Manager, Robert worked on a range of successful projects from $100K to $5M.  As a Superintendent he often managed 3-6 projects at a time.  These might be ground-up construction or interior/exterior renovations. He is an expert in concrete, masonry, framing, flat roofing, glazing, flooring, and high end finish installation management.  Robert has worked on many Commercial, Residential, and Institutional projects including low, mid, and high-rise, managing all divisions of the building process. Some of the more complex projects included Historical renovation of Churches, Museums, Hotels, and Theaters. Ground up include educational, community, and athletic centers, along with many strip malls, retail centers, and mixed use buildings.

Robert enjoys people and one of my most admirable qualities is the ability to listen while paying attention to the details of his clients concerns, needs, and desires.  Robert is a giver of attention, so he can then be a giver of educated and experienced advice.

Robert is good at negotiating and is often the neutral that pulls opposing parties together. Robert takes great pride in projects being completed on time, under budget, and within our profit guidelines.  Robert works toward this tirelessly, and believes that he can be a benefit to any one who desires the same.

In his free time Robert Enjoys Scuba Diving, Cycling, and Fishing.
